He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas "Ed" Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Carol Lewis (Miller); his wife Lenora Lewis; his brothers, James Lewis (Michelle) and Martin Lewis (Mary); his pets, Wilson and Gabby; his nieces, Marie, Laura and Lola; and his nephew Ross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and envelopes will be available at the Church.
