He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Kerr Sr. and Norma Lucretia Kerr (Wightman); his son Richard T. Kerr (Rick); and his wife Margaret E. Kerr. He is survived by: his daughter Kendra Kerr; his daughter-in-law Lisa Kerr; his grandchildren, Carena Townsend, Brittnie Gray (Mike) and Brandon Kerr; and his great grandchild Scarlett Gray. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces, and nephews.
