As we bid Carl farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Carl is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. McLaughlin and Dorene M. McLaughlin (Stanton); and his brother Duane McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Joy Mann; his children, Kay McGraw (Randy) of Adrian, Carl II McLaughlin (Michelle) of Adrian and Pat McLaughlin (Serena) of Weston, MI; his sister Marlene Howard (Henry) of Tecumseh, MI; and his sister-in-law Linda McLaughlin of Maumee, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home (3050 W Beecher Rd, Adrian, MI 49221). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home – Adrian (3050 W Beecher Rd, Adrian, MI 49221).
