He was predeceased by: his father Walter Ray Norton Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janice Norton; his children, Alex Norton (Brittany) and Whitney Hammond (Chris); his grandchildren, Octobyr, Roarke, Idalia, Alice and Scarlett; his siblings, Walter Ray Norton Jr. and Linda Lehman; his nieces, Brooke Case (Tyler), Taylor Lehman and Lindsay Lehman (Blake Fisher); and his great-nephews, Ross Taiden, Mason, Owen and Ryker.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pierson Fire Barn (190 Grand St, Pierson, MI 49339).
In keeping with LD's love for children and the kind of legacy his family believes he would want to leave behind, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in LD's memory to the Jayden Lamb Memorial Foundation (https://www.jaydenlamb.org), P.O.
