She was predeceased by : her parents, August Macklin and Mary Macklin; her husband Wilbur Gene Palmer of Wheeling, WV; her sons, Michael Palmer of Sandusky, MI and Gordon Palmer of Toledo, OH; her grandson Michael Palmer Jr. of Sandusky, MI; and her siblings, William Herron (Kenneth Herron) of Bentwood, OH and Alice Thomason (Sandra Macklin) of Madison Heights, MI.

She is survived by : her daughter Mary Jane Pridgeon (Bill) of Lambertville, MI; her granddaughter Michelle Jones of Sandusky, MI; her daughter Denise Klosterman (Ron) of McMinnville, TN; and her sister Naomi DiLoretta of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by her three children and five grandchildren.
