He was predeceased by: his father Doug Wylie Sr.; and his grandfathers, Tim Morgan and Donald Wylie. He is survived by: his mother Jill Particka (Morgan); his siblings, Doug Jr. (Jessica), Tyler and Jenna; his daughter Roselyn; his grandmothers, Jennifer Meridith and Jackie Wylie; his stepgrandparents, Melvin and Charlotte Particka; and his nephew Lincoln. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Jill Particka.
