She was predeceased by : her parents, Irvin Trainor and Bertha Trainor; and her siblings, Ruth, Edith, Marion, Leon, Leland, Ron, Russell and Thelma.

She is survived by : her husband David Johnston; her children, Thomas D'Arcy (Joyce), Craig D'Arcy (Elizabeth), Eric Johnston (Jennifer) and Aaron Johnston (Ragina); and her siblings, Robert Trainor, KennyTrainor, Martha Barren and Paul Trainor. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
