She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald McCormick and Dorothy McCormick. She is survived by: her significant other Jeff Lee Allen; her children, Tony Allen and Katie Bader (John); her grandsons, Johnny and Jimmy; her siblings, Tom McCormick (Dawn) and Kathleen McCormick (Terry); her siblings-in-law, Amy Allen, Jerry Jowett and George Allen; her nieces, Heather Nelson (Chris), Annie Osmer (Mark), Jessica Bryant (Trai) and Suann McCormick; her nephew Mike McCormick; and her great-nephew Waylon McCormick. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sandusky First United Methodist Church (68 Lexington St, Sandusky, MI 48471). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Original Dulcimer Players Club - education program. The family will donate in honor of Gloria to the education of new dulcimer musicians through the Jeff Allen Memorial Dulcimer Education program.
