He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Gadomski; his children, Nash, West and Emily; his grandchildren, Fin, Ember, Nova, Fern and Sage; his father Gary Chambers (Sue); his siblings, Brad Kelly and Heather Baumeister (Leslie); and his aunts and uncles, Susan Ebner (Tom), Cindy Noble (Dave), Pat Kelly (Cathy), Don Kelly, Jon Kelly, Rick Felker and Rusty Felker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
