She was predeceased by: her father John Prowse; her husband John B. Cook; and her siblings, Leonard, Ruth and Lucille.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Cook (Donna) and Rosemarie Lamb. She is also survived by several grandchildren; one great granddaughter; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
