He is survived by: his wife Elda Slater; his daughters, Kimberly Smith (Greg), Shawn Slater, Michele Pattullo (Robb) and Melissa Bowerman; his grandchildren, Andrew Smith (Bridget), Tiffany Schember (Brandon), Tyler Pattullo (Karlee), Dylan Pattullo (Kaylie), Chayse Pattullo (Olivia), Bryce Pattullo (Jikole), Keegan Bowerman, Kenton Bowerman (Maria) and Ethan Bowerman (Amber); his great grandchildren, Avery Pattullo, Dallas Bowerman and Susie Bowerman; his siblings, David Slater (Donna), James Slater (Joyce) and Gloria Keller; and his sister-in-law Cathy Slater. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
