He was predeceased by: his father Steven Lee Lewis; his grandparents, Edmond, Angeline Vermeersch, Tony and Judy Lewis; and his aunts, Mary Vermeersch and Donna Gibson (Denny).
He is survived by: his mother Carol Gerstenberger; his stepfather Harvey Gerstenberger; his siblings, Richard Lewis (Debra) and Macey Haller (McKenzie); and his stepbrothers, Steven Gerstenberger (Tammy), Joseph Gerstenberger and Scott Gerstenberger (Tracey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Memorials may be made to the Family Discretionary Fund in care of Carol Gerstenberger.
