He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Kelly Lindley (Henry), Kristy Smith and Randy Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Kylie, Makenna, Hunter (Justice), Olivia, Brooke, Brady, Pixie and Peri; and his great grandchildren, Layne, Hayes and Holland.
