She was predeceased by: her half-sister Emily Ann Bolam. She is survived by: her mother Margo Bolam; her sister Michelle Warren (Matthew); her niece Alexandra; her nephew Lincoln; her sister Jamie Rusch; her nieces, Ava, Zoe and Ryn; and her half-siblings, Tiffany Loutzenhiser and Ashton Wesolowski.
