She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Rich and Irene Rich; her former life partner Bruce Pagel; her husband Frank Ostrowski; her daughter Lynn Huston; her brother Bill Rich; her sister-in-law Annabelle Rich; her sister Margorie Daniels; her brother-in-law Norm Daniels; her sister Barb Vickers; her sons-in-law, Rick Olson and Alan McCarty; and her granddaughter Leslie Olson.
She is survived by : her children, Doug Pagel (Pam), Patricia Olson (Tom Klika), Brian Pagel (Joyce), Mark Pagel (Betty) and Beth McCarty; her son-in-law Phil Huston; her sisters, Ruthie Stolicker (Harold) and Peggy Sholander (Carl); and her brother-in-law John Vickers. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given in Ginny's honor to the Sanilac Medical Care Facility in Sandusky where she spent the last several years of her life.
