She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit H. Boomers and Norma Viola Boomers (Hanson); her grandparents, Hans Emil and Ida Hanson (Versluis); and her siblings, Linda Hoffman and Gary Boomers.
She is survived by: her husband Dean Roy Gage; her children, Cherie Lynn Hagen (Tom), Dean Roy Gage Jr. (Julie Pritchard), Christine Renae Phipps (Bill) and Cindie Rae Schaefer; her grandchildren, Erika Yonker (Dan), Anthony Hagen, Liza Cavanaugh (Chris), Nicholas Hagen, Alicia Wendt (Brent), Jacob Gage, Sydney Gage, Brian Schaefer (Erika), Harley Schaefer, Sherman Schaefer, Kaitlyn Schaefer and Gabrielle Schaefer; her great grandchildren, Alex Gehan (Mike), June Yonker, Karson Hagen, Kayla Hagen, Timothy Cavanaugh, Natalie Cavanaugh, Samuel Cavanaugh, Lydia Hagen, Huksley Wendt, Kade Wendt, Kinsley Gage, Paisley Schaefer and Madilyn Schaefer; her siblings, Donna Homan Boomers (Leslie), Michael Boomers (Laura), Mary Eteo and Nancy Badenhop (Phil); and her aunt Carol Hoffman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
