He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Robert Noon and Eleanor May Noon; his brother Jack Alden Noon; his siblings-in-law, Karen Noon and Terry Fisher; and his grandson-in-law Kyle DeDonado.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Noon; his children, Harvey Jr. Noon (Joy) and Cathy Chandler (Mark); his siblings, Sam Noon (Laura), Pam Kline (Mike), Bev Fisher, Randy Noon (Stacey) and Jill Perry (Rick); his grandchildren, Heather DeDonado, Dylan Noon and Justin Canfield (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Hayley DeDonado, Hannah DeDonado and Flynn Canfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
