He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle Serr and Aletha Serr; and his brother Robert Serr. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Serr; his children, Tammy Kerr (Ethan Barde), Nicole Hansen (Michael) and William Perkins (family: Christina Leathers, Scott Serr); and his sisters, Rebecca Israels (Jeff) and Julie Serr TerHaar. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
