He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Kinney, and Bertha Kinney, Sr. (Brehm); his sister Veronica VanSloten; and his grandparents, James, Myrtle Kinney, Arthur and Alice Brehm.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy LeBlanc, Mike Kinney (Sandra), Pat Kinney, Tim Kinney (Phyllis) and Vicki Newland; his aunts and uncles, Webster, Leslie Kinney, Jerry Brehm (Evelyn), Delores Johanson and Pat Tusai; and his nieces and nephews, Lance Teeple, Heather Robinson, Shannon Belk, John Paul Lufkins, Lisa Galgoci, Michael Kinney, William Kinney, Andrea Kinney, Patty Kinney, Jeri Kinney, Brian Kinney, David Kinney, Timmy Kinney and Natalie Barnes.
