He is survived by: his son David Laux of Kincheloe, Michigan; his stepdaughters, Shyla Shimmons (Troy) of Kincheloe and Shauna Bebee of Dallas, Texas; his grandson Lawrance Janis; and his siblings, Linda Cobb of Lansing, Marjorie Poston (Nicholas) of Lansing and Jeffrey Cobb.
