He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Herschell (Trumbley); his children, Nicole Cote (Stephen) of Rudyard, Gary Herschell Jr. (Sandra) of Sault Ste and Marie; his grandchildren, Makayla, Harper, Greyden and Deklan; and his siblings, Verna Grover (Dennis Warnier), Patty Lamma and Robert Herschell (Cathy Gammon).
