He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Belanger and Catherine Belanger; his wife Eleanor Mary (Causley); and his son Randy Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Paul Cadreau (Lois) and Donna Causley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
