He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Joseph and Helen McCoy (Gurnoe); his wife Ruth McCoy; his children, Vickie Quinn and Derrick McCoy; his siblings, Bonnie McKerchie Spring, Jan Wojcik, Carol McCoy, Cathy Abramson, Daniel McCoy, Sharon McCoy and Patrick McCoy; and his sister-in-law Barbara McCoy.
He is survived by: his son Tom McCoy; his grandchildren, Ken Quinn (Martha), Jessica Quinn, Shawna Quinn and Thomas McCoy; his great grandchildren, Michaela Goodell, K. P. Quinn, Christian Kinney and Onalee Quinn; his siblings, Michael McCoy (Kim) and Lauri Henry; and his brother-in-law Tony Abramson. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
