Robert Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Cook of Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cook and Vina Cook (Evelyn Cook); his wife Evelyn "Lou" Cook; and his siblings, Paul Cook, Carl Cook, Fred Cook and Shirley Leclerc.
He is survived by: his children, Edwin (Wendy) of Sault Ste, Robert John Cook Jr. (Marilyn) of Lexington, KY, Martin (Lynnie) of Fairbanks, AK, Marie and Pamela Cook of Gaylord, MI.; his grandchildren, James Cook, Thomas Cook (Madison Doman), Nicholas Lewis (Meghan), Ryan Lewis (Jordyn), Dustin Lewis (Grayson), Holly Fahler (Kyle), Tasha Masakowski (Ryan) and Carter Cook; his great grandchildren, Nour, Wendy, Robert Lewis, Rylee and Pepper Fahler; and his siblings, Wayne Cook (Ula), Jerome Cook, William Cook and Jerry Girone. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be used to purchase a memorial bench for the canal walking trail.
