He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis Pesenski, Arvie Stevens, Edward and Evelyn Baker; his uncle Louis Pesenski, Jr.; his aunt Pamela Tague; and his parents-in-law, Gerald and Bertha Smith.
He is survived by: his parents, David Baker and Susan Baker (Pesenski); his wife Deidre Baker (Smith); his daughter Brooke Baker; his siblings, Jaime Baker and Michael Baker; his grandmother Faye Stevens; his uncle Pat Tague; his siblings-in-law, Bridget Beatty and Mike Smith; Trevor Quinn, Brea Quinn, Zachary Brewster, Tanner Baker and Trenton Baker. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
