He was predeceased by: his parents, Burney Veum and Ruth Veum (Brookbank); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Veum. He is survived by: his children, Michael Veum (Angie MacArthur) of Brimley, Tammy Rutledge (Steve Trudeau) of Sault Ste, Marie and Todd Veum (Shannon) of Sault Ste; and his grandchildren, Madeleine Rutledge, Parker Rutledge, Taylor Veum and Austin Veum.
