William Raappana Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Raappana of Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, born in Laurium, Michigan, who passed away on August 11, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Einar Raappana and Clara (Leo Okkonen); and his sons, Glenn Raappana and William Raappana, Jr.. He is survived by : his children, Jeanine Lazusky (Brian) of Orlando, FL and Gary Raappana (Christine Havala) of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Marisa Lazusky of Orlando, FL and Kevin Shannon of Detroit, MI.; his brother Paul Raappana (Sandee) of Sault Ste; and his niece Saara Raappana (Eric Doise) of Marshall, MN.
