She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McTavish and Ann McTavish (Guiness); and her brother Paul McTavish. She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her sons, Richard Smith Jr. (Miriel), Edward Smith (Amber) and Charles Smith; her grandchildren, Clark, Lincoln, Nora, Eliza and Emery; and her siblings, Michael McTavish (Deborah) and Patricia McTavish.
