He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelis Blok and Cornelia Blok (Moerdyk). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Schoonbeck; his children, Braden Blok (Sarah), Kristin Hinkle (Daniel), Jenica Schipper (Andrew), Travis Blok (Shadriana), Brennon Blok (Abagail), Tenley, Gavin, Autumn, Kara Blok, Graham, Isla, Oliver, Edison Hinkle, Siena, Holland, Romee Schipper, Wesley and Annabelle Blok; his siblings, Thomas Blok (Joan), Gary Blok (Meloni), John Blok (Florentien) and Carrie Blok; his parents-in-law, Gera and Kenneth Schoonbeck; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Schoonbeck (Kelly) and Joel Schoonbeck (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hillman Cancer Center for Research, Kalamazoo Christian Schools, or Providence Christian School in memory of Bruce Blok.
