She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia Fales (Lewis) and Laurel A "Bill" Fales; her son Jason Crouch; her husband Paul Crouch; her grandchildren, Hayden and Chloe Crouch; and her siblings, Laurel A Bill Fales Jr. of Zeeland, Betty Heilman and Marjorie Anson.
In lieu of flowers she requested donations be given to the Schoolcraft Athletic Boosters (PO Box 246 Schoolcraft, MI 49087) or Centrica Hospice Care.
