He is survived by: his parents, Terry Yax and Pamela Perin; his wife Samantha; his daughters, Emma Yax (Shyanna Ruhl), Makayla Turner, Madilyn Turner and McKinley Turner; his sisters, Shana Noora (Michael Noora), Jamie Yax (Justin McNees) and Terra Lee Yax; his nieces and nephews, Aeryk Linn (Ruby), Ciarrah Henagan (Rayce), Tailyn Frelin (Amauri Frelin), Alasaundra Frelin (Matthew Bernzott), Zoë Bakhuyzen (Benjamin Bakhuyzen), Isaac Noora, Lucas Noora and Titus Noora; and his brother David "Deej" Joslin. He is also survived by many extended family members, lifelong friends.
