He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Collins and Thelma Collins (Rutherford); his wife Vickie Collins; and his siblings, Bob Collins, Shawn Collins and Susan VanValkenburg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Parker and Blair Mason (Joe); his siblings, Elaine Johnson (Richard), Patricia McCuan (Ken), Ed Tank (Maude), Gloria Long, Cindy Tank and Nancy Moran (Allen); and his grandchildren, Brianna Pratt (Austin), Jordan Moon, Chyna Moon, Dylan Moon, Jade Blount, Charlette Mason, Austyn Mason and Acacia Byrd. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
