He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Oostveen (Jean) and Nick J. Oostveen (Jim). He is survived by: his wife Jo; his sister Sharon Martin (Duane); his children, Kristi Oostveen and Bob Oostveen (Hetal); and his grandchildren, Liam Oostveen and Anya Oostveen. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
