Though Nancy has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Schippers and Deborah Schippers; and her siblings, Susan Smith, David and Don Schippers.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Knipfel; her sons, Claude "Tom" Schippers of Kalamazoo and Steve Knipfel of Portage; her grandsons, Christopher Schippers (Na'Tasha) of St. Louis, MI and Aaron Schippers; and her sister Lorraine Dimmick of Schoolcraft. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
