William Alan Mills Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Alan Mills of Schoolcraft, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Mills and Lena Mills (Peekstok); his stepmother Hazel Mills; his son Brian Mills; his pet Jasper; his brothers, Richard and James Mills; and his nephew Wayne Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Mills; his daughter Susan Markus (Scott); his grandchildren, Megan Markus, Mindy Barron (Ben), Landis Mills and Ryar Mills; his stepsiblings, Linton Warner, Darwin Warner and Linda Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Ken Noorman (Bonnie) and James Noorman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services - Westside (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services (3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
