She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chapman and Delores Chapman (Paige); her husband Harrison Hook; her son Allen Hook; and her sister Laurie Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Moses of White Pigeon, Joshua Hook of Three Rivers and Grey Hook of Kalamazoo; her grandchildren, Christian Moses, Madilyn Moses, Kaitlyn Hook and Lennon McKay; her brothers, Bruce Chapman of Scotts, Michael Chapman of Scotts and Brian Chapman of Portage; her sister-in-law Janet Lightner; and her friend Duane Barns.
