He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mulligan; his children, Krystal Jablonski (Anthony Riley), John Mulligan (Nicole) and Patrick Mulligan (Stephanie Spinner); and his sisters, Jean Toney (Scott) and Julie Leclair (Joe). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
