She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Balk and Emilie Balk (Stoekl); her husband John Dyer; her son Jeffrey Dyer; her sister Ursula Taylor; her grandson Ethan Dyer; and her nephew Troy Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Dyer (Nicole) and Michael Dyer (Katie Stein); her grandchildren, Weiland, Garrison, JayDee, Sean, Jeffrey and Olivia Jean Dyer; her niece Tina Hartwick (Jeremy); and her nephew Steven Taylor (Dawn).
Memorial donations may be given to Sebewaing American Legion, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Immanuel Lutheran Church or Christ the King Lutheran School.
