He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his sisters, Donna Haile (David) and Jenifer Wang (Mike); his nephews, Michael Wang, Brian Wang and Dylan Haile; his niece Deidre Haile; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Engelhardt, David Engelhardt (Pat) and Joy Sprague (Gilbert).
Memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's or Thumb Animal Shelter.
