He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harcourt and Helen Harcourt (Tewell); and his siblings, Thelma, Roberta, Ginny, Pat, Don, Melvin and Edwin.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Haist; his children, Pamela Schwartz (Brian) and William Harcourt, Jr. (Antoinette); his grandchildren, Brady Harcourt (Katelynn Kern), Taylor Harcourt (Nathanael Courter) and Dylan Harcourt; his brother Bernard Harcourt; and his half-siblings, Kelly Harcourt, Becky Harcourt and Bob Harcourt.
