She was predeceased by: her siblings, Mary Backos (George), Marietta Samaras (Robert) and Emmanuel Christofis. She is survived by: her child Andrea Thomas (Sarmad); her grandchildren, Noah, Nina and Nora; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Christofis. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made either the St. Jude Children's Hospital or Assumption Greek Orthodox Church.
