She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilfred Weinert and Frances Weinert; her spouse Mel; her children, Michael Schafran (Sharon), Tracy Hood (Dave) and Michelle Pomaville (Jeff); her grandchildren, Ashley Guglielmetti (Antonio), Sarah Schafran, Austin Hood (Meghan), Derek Pomaville (Courtney), Connor Schafran (Madison), Kelsey Parker (Clint), Natalie Muehlschlegel (Jared) and Kate Schafran; and her great grandchildren, Paulo and Roman Guglielmetti.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (18201 23 Mile Rd, Macomb, MI 48042). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
