She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Kay and Lottie Kay. She is survived by : her daughters, Pam Kazyak (Cary) and Susan Toth (Jim Dunn); her grandsons, Zachary, Nickolas and Michael; and her brothers, Frank Labinski (Pat) and Henry Kay (Shelby).
