He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Michele; his children, Brandon, Jacob and Alexis Bartlett; his parents, Sally Vanderport (late Rich) and Dale Bartlett; his siblings, Jeff Bartlett (Jamie), Thomas Bartlett (Shannon), Nanette Davis (Jeff) and Jennifer Bartlett; his parents-in-law, Steve (Chief) and Judy Berak; and his sister-in-law Denise King (Mike). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

“I am so sorry for the untimely loss of Dale. My sincerest condolences to Dale's family. Dale was a man of his word and I will always remember him. I was with Dale and family members in the Florida Keys in April. My friends and I were working on the my dock and I was hoping I could share a photo of Dale but this is the only one I have from that day. I think this photo says it all. Every time I look at the ocean from my dock I'll remember Dale.”
