He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parker and Hermeoine Parker (Warner); his brother Ralph Parker (Dorothy); and his siblings-in-law, William Hammond (Patti) and Patricia Bishop (Tom).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Parker; his children, Mike Parker (Molly) and Lorie Markey (John); and his grandchildren, Jake Parker, Nick Parker, Justin Markey and Sydney Markey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dave's honor to St. John Lutheran Church, Love for Others Fund.
