He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Gail Cook; his children, Denise Teper (Arthur), Carol-Ann Monaghan (Lucas), Sarah Simons (Kane), Jason Tront (Maureen) and Miggy; his grandchildren, Austin Teper, Allie Teper, Callen Monaghan, Ryder Monaghan, Chance Simons, Zander Simons, Owen Tront and Caitlin Tront; his siblings, Roger Cook, Terry Monahan and Karen Huss; and his stepfather Bill Monahan.
