It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Jean Gonzalez of Shelby Township, Michigan, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ricksgers and Anna Marie Ricksgers; her son David Gonzalez; her brother Jude Ricksgers; her brothers-in-law, Steve Bridges, Bob Szyszkiewicz, Tommy Martinko and Paul Wells; and her former spouses, Conde Gonzalez and Joe Kohn.
She is survived by: her children, Conde Gonzalez (Miwako) and Corinne Chavarria (Pete); her grandchildren, Conde Gonzalez, David Gonzalez, Sophia Steen, Emi Gonzalez and Anthony Steen; and her siblings, Joseph Ricksgers (Donna), William "Billy" Lentini, Mary Martinko, Erma Bridges, Annette Wells and Susan Dobaczewski (George). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gramer Funeral Home Diener Chapel (48271 Van Dyke Ave, Shelby Twp, MI 48317). Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Kieran Catholic Church (53600 Mound Rd, Shelby Twp, MI 48316). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
