She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Elkins and Arlene Elkins. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; and her daughters, Cynthia Scott (Stu), Jennifer Thabet (Jerry), Sharon Berninger (Jesse), Kristi Johnson (Kenn) and Sandra Kacprzak (Brian). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Thomas Sleeman to assist with expenses.
