It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Mary Finlay (Shelby Township, Michigan), born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her former husband Donald John Finlay; her parents, Maria Anne Nicol (Williamson) and Charles Nicol; and her siblings, Allan Nicol, William Nicol, Edna Munn (Nicol), Edwin Nicol and Audrey Robinson (Nicol).

She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Ellen Quaine (Tim) of Ortonville and Elizabeth Jane Mueller (Chuck) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Erin Quaine Altman (Pat), Russell Quaine, Liz Mueller Nazzal (Matt) and Alli Mueller Murray (AJ); and her great grandchild Sage Evelyn Altman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews living in Canada; cousins.
