It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Hooper of Shelby Township, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Hooper and Selena Hooper; and his wife Sandra Hooper. He is survived by : his children, Kathleen Hooper, Debra Knirk (Kenneth) and Brian Hooper (Arlene); his grandsons, Scott (Tara), Steven, Joseph and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, Connor and Evan.
